is TouchofEmbossing.com Return Policy?
Touch of Embossing is committed to your total satisfaction. If
your purchase is damaged, defective, or does not meet your expectations
in any way, simply return it to us for a full refund. Software
and videos are non-refundable, but, if defective, may be exchanged
for a replacement of the same software or video.
Our
returns center will process the merchandise that you ship back
to TouchofEmbossing.com, and you will be refunded for the cost
of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges
are non-refundable. Processing your return usually takes two business
days from the time that we receive your shipment.

How
do I place credit card orders on-line?
Our on-line ordering has one of the easiest shopping carts to
understand and use that you will find. Browse through our catalog
until you find the product you wish to purchase. Then press "Add
to Cart" button next to the item. Continue browsing and adding
desired products to your cart. When you are ready to check out
press the "Checkout" button. You can then sign in with
your email and password.
How
do I order by Fax/Phone/Mail?
You may wish to use the shopping cart to order by Fax/Phone/Mail.
The shopping cart will keep all of the information clear. Press
the "View Cart" button and you can print out the items
you have selected.
For mail orders, write your name, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.
Mail your order to the address in the return item policy.
Regarding Fax or Phone orders, we are currently in the process of moving to a new location, and are not able to receive these orders.
